Name: Charlene Bryant
Location: From Canton, OH; Currently based in Nashville, TN
Company: Riveter Management, a full service Management Company that caters to any artist, any genre and when I say any artist I don’t mean just musical, we are now dabbling into TV and Film as well.
What is your educational background, did you study music business? I am a Belmont University alum. Belmont University is one of the few schools that had a music business program, and what's unique about Belmont is that USC and Berklee required you to be a music major, so you had to audition…
During my internship with Industry Works, my boss knew that I don’t have a specific direction outside of the fact that I want anything I do to be focused on music. She asked me to outline all of the department/roles that I am interested in, so that she can customize the projects that I am involved in.
So here is what I came up with:
As you can see, there were many different avenues that I wanted to explore. …

Name Kye Browning
When did you first get into the events industry? Summer 2007
What area of events are you most interested in and why? My favorite thing is creating opportunities for attendees to experience. For months on end, you work tirelessly on creating these different experiences or different educational tracks; and on paper they look good and at the event they actually come to life and you can see them come to fruition. You put all this hard work into in and then seeing everybody’s reaction is really cool.

Isaiah Rashad- The House Is Burning (July 30)
I don’t really know what Chattanooga, Tennessee’s sound is, but I definitely wasn’t expecting the blend of RnB/California Hip Hop to be the outcome. I really love Isaiah Rashad’s voice and flow in pair with the great production on this album. His music has such a positive and calming energy and vibe. …
When I first started reaching out to people in the music industry, I was told by multiple people that I “lacked focus” or “wanted to do too much”. While I appreciate the advice, I personally disagree. It’s cool to be great at one thing, but I don’t want to do that; I want to be great at everything. What’s important to remember is that people are always going to assume your capabilities; some of us have crazy ADHD/OCD brain (like me), and thrive off of being super busy and having a lot of projects.
After 5 years in the music…
About the Program
When did you first get into the events industry? I have been loosely involved in events for over 15 years, I made it a full time career 5 years ago
What area of events are you most interested in and why? I started in Wine & Food events mainly because it integrated well coming from a Food, Beverage & Hospitality background. Over the years it morphed into music festivals merging my life long love for live music and creating experiences that lasted well after the events were over. …
G Herbo- 25 (July 2)
So obviously I am super biased here because 1: I’m one of Herb’s biggest fans and 2: I work at his label so I’ve been listening to this album for months waiting for it to be released. My top 5 on the album are You Can’t ft Gunna & The Kid Laroi, Cry No More ft Polo G & Lil TJay, T.O.P ft 21 Savage, Cold World (Yosohn is so fucking cute), and Demands (honorable mention to Stand The Rain). On a production level, my favorite is Doughboy, there is a really nice bass guitar…
